I am sure by now everyone knows that the Supreme Court, by a vote of 6-3, ruled that everyone gets to keep their Obamacare subsidies; and ask for more. Santa Claus never takes back the gifts once they are delivered. In my opinion, the Supreme Court decided that “Good Intentions” are more important than the Constitution, the law, and the actual meaning of the written word; whether it is actually good for the Country and the Citizens or not. I agree that there are those who need help with health care expenses; I just think there are better ways to do it. Remember, the Supreme court also ruled that Obamacare is a new “Tax” and “Tax Credit”; not a subsidy, insurance benefit, or something else. This means that the National Debt will increase by another $1.7 Trillion dollars; and that the burdensome costs of Obamacare/IRS compliance remains in place for you and your employer.
